All kidding aside, I wonder why Gruden is collecting all these QBs. He doesn't seem to be Einstein but he is a very smart offensive mind and should know that you have only so many chips. Over staffing one job is crazy. Of course, watching the Brady, Roethlisberger and Mannings may have warped his brain....interesting.

Ok I meant, watching the last few SB's. And lets not forget Grossman in "The One"'s area of Chicago.
