Is Castillo still Mets starter?
Luis Castillo could come off the DL as soon as Tuesday in Washington, setting the stage for a potential showdown between Jerry Manuel and the second baseman over playing time. Manuel likes how Damion Easley and Argenis Reyes have performed in place of Castillo, who went on the DL with a strained hip flexor in early July. "We're not pacifying any egos or anything like that," Manuel said when asked about Castillo's response to sharing time.

Castillo's stock has really dropped the last couple of years, hasn't it?
I still like him.....primarly for his role in the Bartman game.....
