If Utecht can catch even 50 balls it will open up the WR passing game as a healthy Todd Heap does in Baltimore, Dallas Clark in Indy, Witten in Dallas and so forth.

My thoughts exactly DEVO.
It took them too long to catch up to the rest of the teams in the division. Everybody else has their decent, if not good, TE in the AFC North and they've had them for years.
Furthermore, they are just lucky in all this: they sign a TE to give them "two" TEs right when their #3 WR gets arrested/suspended/cut/whatever-we're-calling-what-happened-to-CH15.
