This kid's got talent, but I just wish he would shut up sometimes. I still do not believe he will win the cup though. I would love to see Jr win it, but I do not seriously think he will do it this year, especially after that debacle at the Glen. Tony Eury Jr. has to be at fault for that call to stay out.

Sorry Marbles, the chances of jr winning the championship are slim and none. It would be a farce to have a guy who wins 1 race win a championship. I know it's happened before, but that was also a farce. Unless every one else runs out of gas, you won't see jr win another race this year. And can we stop blaming his cousin/brother for last Sunday? jr was going to have to get gas at some point. He was only in the lead because the real drivers had already made their last stops.

When the caution caught Jr on the track, Cuz told him to stay out and stick to their pit plan. Jr decided to come in. We'll never know if the crew chiefs' strategy would have worked, but Jr's obviously did not.

I heard JR/ Tony on the scanner the full race, what tony first said was stay out, then told JR to come on in- this within the same lap.

Jackman, sorry brother, but jr has 2 wins in the last 3 years, both on fuel mileage gambles. He should be on his knees in front of Eury Jr.
As for Sunday, Jr took the lead on lap 61 when JJ hit the pits for his last stop. He wasn't going to make it to the finish without stopping again. He last pitted on lap 50 and the fuel mileage is good for 30 +-2. He wasn't going to hold off Shrub either way. I just don't understand why everyone is blaming his CC.
When he wins a race that doesn't involve a fuel gamble, I'll drop my RATIONAL argument!
