Some guys just aren't cut out for the rigors of pro sports. Stefan Legein is one of them. Too bad for the Jackets, though. It sucks.

What I want to know is, what the heck is T&R playing at, coming at us out of left field like this with a Blue Jackets story? Where is our Gaborik update? And our Preds thread? Hmphh.

That team just can't seem to catch a break with any of their players.

A player I know quit hockey after the start of last season and went home but I guess he decided he missed it too much and decided to come back this year for training camp.

From what I've heard it sounds like his dad was living out his NHL dreams with Legein and he just got tired of it. I also heard that he was kinda convinced to play for Team Canada in the WJC.

I've had shoulder surgery and, it made me pretty paranoid for a long time if it would re-occur (three screws, no tissue left attached).
I still think about it and if it were ever to rip apart again, I would be looking at another year of surgery/therapy.
I can maybe seeing this kid going through that emotional aspect of it.
Too bad though, he may have quite a future.
