Maryland QB won't transfer

Two days after losing the starting quarterback job he held for the last eight games of the 2007 season, Chris Turner has decided to remain at Maryland as Jordan Steffy's backup. The decision was reached after Turner talked again yesterday with his parents in California and with Terps coach Ralph Friedgen.

Turners family also owns a Frito Lay distributorship and they wanted Chris to manage Friedgens' account. He is there best customer

he came to the conclusion that when Steffy gets hurt in week 1 and misses the rest of the season it will be his job anyway...so why transfer when he can lead the Terps to 6 wins and a shot at the who gives a crap bowl @ I could care less stadium located in beautiful any bowl is better than hannah montana rerunsville
