Marve should just keep his trap shut and play by the rules. You got in trouble and suspended for the first game against a weak opponent. Big whoop. Take it like a man and respond positively. Stop whining. Your a college football player who has the chance to be THE MAN at a major football school as a freshman!

DO_WORK_SON ..I agree. What the heck kind of "confidantes" could a kid have? Are we talking about his Aunt Tillie, Bubba Kravitz from Algebra class? The title says the kid is upset, the article speaks only of his "confidants" Give the kid a break and send the writer back to journalism 101.

How Dare the coach act like he's in charge or something! Next thing you know he'll be calling plays the freshman QB doesn't approve of either in some mad power grab. It's funny how the fact he's being suspended for multiple criminal offenses doesn't seem to phase this guy, but how the coach tells him the results of his actions has him and his preteen posse up in arms. I guess he'll demand a trade now

UGH, this anonymous "confidante" (with whom I'm 100% sure is advocating for Marve and has no other motive) is making him out to be an only child whining to his parents because his coach made him do laps. The whole thing is bogus and doesn't deserve our attention, at least in a positive way. This punk kid should learn to zip it.

Take your punishment, work that much harder and stay out of trouble, prove yourself before you open your mouth. Its a business at that level, and you're not a commodity.

Jacory Harris May use this game as a starting point and we may never see Marve start at Miami. There have been too many times in the past where something like this has happened and the guy who loses his job is never heard from again.
