What's curious to me is that she's suing the NFL player for allegedly arranging it, but the alleged perpetrator is not named in the suit. Smells fishy to me.

I wonder how many witnesses were at that restaurant that didn't call the police??

I just got a flashback of what Rae Carruth did..I'm going to wait to hear something more about this before commenting any further..If he did "arrange" this, why she didn't press charges against him. I think it would help her "lawsuit" in the long run..What foolishness....

Why is it that these guys never get accused of and sued for anything until AFTER they get an NFL contract? Either playing in the NFL makes people bad or playing in the NFL makes people targets.....

Pressing charges would result in a criminal trial with expensive attys taking a large chunk of what the woman really wants....and he can't make more money for her to go after from jail....

I am not saying it didn't happen how she said but its obvious that she is more interested in getting paid than standing up for her human rights....

But why would you sue for the assualt before you press charges for the assault. So you would rather take money from your future babies daddy then put him in jail? I guess that makes sense, he can't pay you if your in jail.
