Is Steffy still Terps' QB or not?
Coach Ralph Friedgen won't commit to starting senior quarterback Jordan Steffy in Saturday's game at Middle Tennessee State, which means Maryland's on-again, off-again quarterback controversy is back on. Part of the uncertainty is over Steffy's health. The graduate student, who regained the job in the preseason after losing it when he suffered a concussion last year, injured his thumb in Saturday's 14-7 season-opening victory against Delaware.

1 GAME, 1 INJURY...Steffy's right on schedule to be out for season by next week so White afro can take over and lead the terps to their 6 more victories this season. The fighting blue chickens are a really good D2 school, but come on 14 pts is an embarrassment for an ACC school other than Duke to put up against these guys. How is it that much like Brian Billick the other offensive genius in Maryland can't find, make, buy, steal a competent QB?
Just put in the White AFro, tell Bey to run really far, really fast and have Afro just throw it as far as he can and let Bey go get it. These 2 yd pass routes the terps insist on running don't get it done.
