The real story here is that Sid the Kid and other members of the team are hand delivering season tickets to the fans. Could you imagine opening your door and seeing Sid or Geno or the Gonch standing there? They did this last year and it's a great gesture by the team.

Nothing wrong with the Kid staying with Mario or Geno staying with Gonchar. Maybe if they did this in other sports, we wouldn't be seeing so many athletes on the police blotter.

The bigger questions here are: Does he do dishes after he eats? Does he take out the garbage? Does he mow the lawn for Lemieux? Is Mario employing an illegal alien to do his household chores? We want to know!

ahhhhhhhh! Got my fix of T&R again . The DT"S were terrible. On the subject, Isn't mario married and if so is it an open marriage?

The Pens organization and players are truly appreciative of the support they get from their fans. Hand delivering tickets and shirts of their backs night for the last home game is another great thank you to the fans.

The kid Makes 8.5 mil A year and i Bet you he doesn't pay a Dime rent to stay there..Smart move by Lemieux if it was is...Which i;m sure it is...He can teach this kid everything he know (carry a Team to the cup,,Carry the league from his own living room !!!!.. How Sweet is that
& after Sid the kid shacks up with mario's Daughter..We'll all be hearing about some little kid in Pittsburg named Mario Crosby ready to smash records all over the place !!!! Mario always plans for the future,,,and might need a New rink in 25-30 Years..lol

I think it's time Sid got a place of his own
That mught also help to alter his image a bit too, right?

The jerk store called and they're out of you!!! (sorry, I'm a Seinfeld fan and I couldn't help myself). But, really, dude, that's pretty weak. Yeah, you got him really good.

I really liked when I heard about them doing this last year. What a great way to show fans they are appreciated. I hope this is a tradition they keep doing. As far as Sid living at Mario's place, to each their own. I can only image what it's like to learn the game from a living legends viewpoint everynight from the supper table.

AGAIN with the Cindy Crosby comments? I thought we got rid of all that idiocy months ago.

You're the type of sore winning fan that is most annoying about sports. The Wings won and kudos to them. I don't remember seeing you on the ice though...which line were you on? Simple fact, if you can't just be a fan without resorting to childish name calling, then go the **** away.

We'll probably never get rid of Cindy remarks. It's all some of these people have to really get on the kid about. All the remarks about the whining are pretty old too. If he whined as much as people say the refs wouldn't even talk to him. He did alot his rookie year but it's gotten alot better since.

Give Sid some time. He seems to have it down pat. With Therian's continued coaching Sid has a good chance of changing your opinion.
