Roger Clemens is trying to "enervate" and "shanghai" an impoverished Brian McNamee by dragging him to Texas for a defamation suit, according to McNamee's attorney Richard Emery, who filed a 43-page legal brief in the case late Wednesday night.

Roger, haven't you had enough already?

Roger is a butt-head. A jerk and on top of that his mamma did not do her job. Who can trust this bum? His family and what about them...too? All over steroids.....who really cares - anyway. Most likely all pro athletes have been taking some sort of steroids and the good drugs also..... What a tool.

September 18, 2008  07:23 AM ET

We noticed he wont admit to steriods or hgh or whatever he took either. The federal investigators havent prosecuted him yet either.

September 18, 2008  07:26 AM ET

Rocket don't even know what "enervate" and "shanghai" mean. He's like, "Hey Rich, **** does that mean?!?"

As Aerosmith once sung, Roidger:

Dream on, dream on
Dream yourself a dream come true
Dream on, dream on
Dream until your dream come true
Dream on, dream on, dream on...

September 18, 2008  08:38 AM ET

Man- can't this guy EVER stop?

September 18, 2008  08:57 AM ET

And when he loses his defamation suit, the judge should order that Clemens has to reimburse every penny McNamee had to pay to defend himself against these frivolous charges.

Thank you my Feline friend....all is well now :)

ROIDger's beating so many dead horses he's gonna become the #1 target of PETA

The real funny part is if Roger would have just admitted it a long time ago he would have gotten into the HOF. That window of opportunity has long since passed. McNamee probably should or will counter sue, although maybe the smart way is to let Roger just continue and hang himself again. Then recover the court costs from Roger and his crack legal team when this too is found to be without merit.

September 18, 2008  10:05 AM ET

Clemens is an idiot.....just drop the case and go away, ROger

September 18, 2008  10:20 AM ET

It was said that HELL is a bottomless pit. Nobody told Roger, he is still digging.

September 18, 2008  10:27 AM ET

He is a Pit Bull, A Pit Bull i tell ya, even after all hope is gone...he is still holding on.

September 18, 2008  10:29 AM ET

Doesn't Roger have anything better to do? Maybe he could go find himself another 15 year old singer to screw....Oh wait. He didn't do that either.... And to think I used to be a fan of this moron. Isn't it time the feds charged him yet? Maybe him and Michael "the dogman of Levenworth" Vick could share a cell.

Choosing sides between Clemens and McNamee is ridiculous. Clemens cheated at baseball and lied, McNamee distributed illegal drugs and incriminated his customers.

Two real angels. Let them have at it.
