the afc south is about as weak as the afc north. jags wont be doing much this season without an o-line either. hard to believe it, but the afc east is a powerhouse along with the afc west.

AFC South is a combined 3-4 NFC East is a combined 6-2. AFC South has put up 115 points to the NFC Beasts 237. I realize the Texans have missed a game, so figure an extra 13 points. AFC South has COLTS who are legit, TEXANS are an expansion team, TITANS who I always confuse with the Texans, and JACKSONVILLE, another expansion team. That division is like the red headed step child of the NFL.

This is old - I heard about this weeks ago. Either way, Fred Taylor hasn't done a damn thing this season.

I strongly dislike both the Cowboys and the Eagles but come on, the NFC east has 4 teams that are legit contenders no other division in football can ssay that. Let's see the bigger issue now, the NFC is the better confrence. Any agruments?

I like Fred Taylor but even he knows he's wrong. You have one time over .500. And the only wins the division has, are over teams who are 0-2.

Now that one is tough to call. The NFC North, other than GB, hasn't shown a lot and the NFC West only has a surprising SF. Right now I'd say equal only because teams like SD and Indy are struggling (no fault of SD, although, come on, the guy ran the same play two times in a row for two scores. Hello, Defense!!). New England is up in the air and the Jets might be resurging. Looks like a very open playing field for both conferences.

Fred Taylor better keep his opinions to himself and go out and prove it instead of feeding the opposition with ammunition against himself and his team. Not a very smart thing to do!

No.

Both the Colts and Jaguars are reeling from injuries, and Houston is playing poorly. The only team truly doing well so far is the Titans, really, and even they have quarterback issues.

On the otherhand, the NFC East is looking better every week. Philly and Dallas have both been absolutely sensational, the Giants look like contenders again, and even the Redskins seem to be improving as Zorn and the new offense continue to settle in.

With Brady down, the Colts and Chargers struggling, and the Jaguars going in one week from trendy darkhorses to no-counts... the NFC may officially be back on top this year.
