Who's KU's starting RB?
Kansas coach Mark Mangino shed some light Sunday on why running back Jake Sharp was limited to mop-up duty on Saturday night after beginning the season as the starter. "It's vision," Mangino said. "He just has to see things sooner and get north and south sooner. He's just not seeing things the way we'd like. Jake is not setting up blocks. He's trying to make something happen that's not there." All three of KU's running backs have their issues. Mangino doesn't like how high Angus Quigley runs, which keeps him from being effective in short yardage situations. And junior transfer Jocques Crawford is still adjusting to Division I-A football.
