Quinn may relieve Anderson
The scent of change is in the air, even though, for now, nothing has changed with the Browns' quarterback situation. Romeo Crennel announced Wednesday that Derek Anderson would start Sunday's game in Cincinnati against the Bengals. The coach would not say who would finish it. But a tipoff was his statement: "Anderson is the starter and [Brady] Quinn will be ready. Another sign of uncertainty is that Crennel admitted that both quarterbacks "were told what we're going to do." If nothing was up, there would be no need to tell them anything.

I thought DA was the next up and coming Montana??? I guess ONE good season does not a great QB make.

I think this is a classic example of , be careful what you wish for. Cleveland loves Quinn but he still hasn't been truly tested yet.

Haven't seen him play enough to get a good judgment. I know in the "big games" at Notre Dame, I don't think he was that great.

And this is why I call him a racists. Every post he has put on this site in the last couple of days, he has put the word "boy" after an African American person. This person needs to be permanently removed from this site.

Crennel has to do something... His time is up after this year if he cannot turn it around...Anderson knows how it works. You win or your replaced.....

That is so true, not to mention the running game is terrible, Anderson is not entirely at fault.

Maybe if Jamal could move the rock their passing game would open up. I had to bench Lewis in my Fantasy league after week 3 b/c his stats are garbage right now but Matt Forte has really been surprisingly consistent for me.

If they think Anderson is the problem maybe they would loan him to the Pats?
Between Bulger and Anderson I'm sure one would be a fit in NE for the duration of Brady's rehab.
