Terrell Owens' frustration with the Dallas Cowboys offense carried over from the field to the locker room Sunday. Owens, despite having 18 passes thrown his way in the loss to Washington, had what was deemed a serious conversation about the offense with quarterback Tony Romo after the game, according to multiple sources. The types of routes and throws are what concerns Owens, the sources said. The receiver, who the sources said was venting to Romo about his frustrations, has not liked how some of the throws were coming from the quarterback as far back as the season opener.

I have a feeling how this topic will be going..

September 30, 2008  06:52 AM ET

He should be having that conversation with the OC. Can't say the guy is not in shape.....

September 30, 2008  06:53 AM ET

Wait to those Giants come to town!!!!!!! T.O. cries whenever hge doesn't get enough touches, IMO Romo tried to hard to get the ball to T.O. T.O. also had some drops but he must not remember that part of the game!

September 30, 2008  07:18 AM ET

And the merry go round begins!! Same old TO, I guess a tiger can't change his stripes.

September 30, 2008  07:19 AM ET

T.O is a serial complainer. When you have to maintain a .00008 bodyfat level, you get cranky.

September 30, 2008  07:31 AM ET

Really would like to know more specific examples. Romo tried way to hard to get the ball to TO Sunday...and some attempts just looked really bad.

I can see TO's spleen in that photo......man, eat some donuts.

September 30, 2008  07:32 AM ET

OH, You guys are fixin to be sick of THAT pic!!!!!!

HA!

September 30, 2008  07:36 AM ET

As a Cowboy fan I can't even begin to defend this! T.O. needs to realize that if we are to be successful it will take a balance of the run and pass, leaning more to the "run" to keep defenses honest which will allow him the big play. If we pass 80% of the time all it will cause is for teams to pressure Romo more and him to throw more picks! Which will only serve to frustrate T.O. more! If T.O. is going to be a baby then we can't afford to pacify him at the expense of the team and it's goals. We have other good receivers who though not T.O.'s caliber, can get the job done if the proper balance of run and pass is applied.

Yeah, but didn't some of Romo's attempts to OTHER recievers look REALLY bad too? Let's not pretend Romo pitched a perfect game Sunday. I'll admit T.O. shoulda caught a couple of those dropped passes, but Romo had a serious off day....

Who gives a dogs arse anyway? LOOK AT THAT BODY!!!!

You have to look at the whole situation. If a WR can't say to his QB he doesn't like some throws, then who should he say it to? It doesn't say T.O. was cussing Romo out in the locker room or yelling at him. Isn't that how you get better as a QB-WR combo?

Have you had your medication yet today? What an idiotic statement!

You want the man dead over a football GAME? Let me highlight the word GAME....In the end, whatever the man says or does, it still all boils down to a GAME.....

It's a GAME.....doesn't REALLY impact your life.....

GAME!

Understand, in T.O.'s case and due to his past history, anything he says will be amplified innocent or not! He needs not to question his QB until he stops dropping passes! "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"!

Sounds like this is going to be a repeat situation...remember T.O. and McNabb in Philly? T.O. dropped passes and Romo did not have a perfect game, either. Neither did the offensive line, the Cowboys defense, etc. Stuff happens. Watch the film and learn from it and plan better for the next game.

Nope. You speak nicely no matter what. We live in a world were GROWN men feelings are so easily hurt, that they rival thirteen year old girls.....So the answer is no. You don't speak up, no matter what. I mean would you want people wishing you DEAD because you expressed an opinion?
