Georgia hopes to lure LSU commit

Tucker's Drayton Calhoun will be at Georgia's game against LSU on Saturday in Baton Rouge. But Calhoun, a member of the AJC's Super Southern 100, won't be cheering for his childhood favorite, the college team he thought he'd be playing for as recently as one year ago. Calhoun has committed to LSU and will be pulling for his future Tigers teammates against Georgia. Calhoun, who projects to play wide receiver or defensive back in college, committed to LSU over 15 other offers, including Florida and Tennessee. He made the surprising decision after visiting LSU for "Junior Day" last February. The Bulldogs are holding onto faint hopes for a switch before National Signing Day on Feb. 4.

This kid's already learning how to go back on his word, and he's not even out of highschool yet. I hope my employeer doesn't decide to change their mind about paying me...

Whatever school is best for you to attend young man. Hope you make the decision with your head.

If it's not LSU, then you are tiger bait and we'll get the next stud on the list.

That sounds about right.

After that Florida beating it won't take much to convince him.

Georgia isn't Florida

this kid seems pretty solid to LSU so even if UGA can pull off the win on the road I think he will still keep his committment. Geaux Dauxgs?

I'm expecting Playtex to buy a big share in the Cotton Bowl. They would have to throw plastic footballs shaped like applicators. W/ a string on the end. It helps for accuracy.

Geaux Dauxgs? Nice.

Stunned,,,,disappointed, and bleeding. Tigers begin the first offensive march with a pass???? Score 7 for UGA!! Awful...Hopefully, coaching made note..in RED..next time we run..and run..then pass,,,

This loss has ensured Michigan, or Clemson, or the NFL, or anybody for that matter, will not be trying to hire Leslie away from LSU. That schmuck is stuck there.......hehehehehehe.
