According to a Miami official, a Canes booster went to the administration and said if Miami hires a top offensive coordinator such as Tulsa's Gus Malzahn to replace Patrick Nix, he would chip in to pay the coordinator's salary.

ANYONE BUT PATRICK NIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gus, is a great coach. I went to undergrad at Arkansas where he started and he revamped our offense. Now, I am in grad school at Tulsa and look at that offense. He is a mastermind as an offensive coordinator and I think it's time he gets his shot in the big chair.

Gus Malzahn would be a good hire. The Canes have a lot of young and talented pieces on offense but their play calling is pretty bad.

They do need a change from Nix and an innovator on offense.

3rd tier that does on Avg 600 yards of offense

Just asking. Is there such a thing as tampering at the college? If the guy is under contract at another school can you say you tell the media you want him at your school? Is fine by me, but does not seem fair to the school that is paying him to work for them or their recruits.

Our playing calling does stink......I dont know much bout Tulsa, but bring him in....Nix's also doesnt coach to well...he doesnt make his players better

Tulsa would kick UM's rump all over south Florida so there's your 3rd tier school, LOL. Your school has 3rd tier attendance.
