Lebron James will sign with the Seattle Sonics in 2010.

Unless he takes less money, he won't sign in LA. Put him along side Kobe, Bynum, Farmar and Pau and the Lakers would be REALLY tough to beat.

Bynum won't be there if Lebron is there.. of course, they won't need Bynum if Lebron is there.

Lebron has been wanting to play for Cuban. He knows that Cuban will cater to him and give him the best supporting cast money can buy. They are both hungry for a championship and for Cuban, money is not an obstacle. Lebron also loves the Cowboys and to play as a Mavs All-star in 2010 is going to be awesome. This is no surprise because even Kobe and Shaq wanted to play for the Mavs. Shaq wanted to get traded to the Mavs 4 years ago and Kobe wanted to get traded there last year.

LeBron has a lot of growing up to do. It is sad that he has surrounded himself with cloying toadies and parasites.

Lebron wont be able to leave until the summer of 2010, the All-star game is in Feb 2010, he'll still be with the Cavs.

Holy shh........ while the Lakers would probably only bite if they lose Kobe after this year, but I still wouldn't put it past Dr. Buss to spend the house for a few years and luxury tax the team out the ace... The Knicks did it, and he can surely afford to with a player that will actually make a difference... Move over Ariza and Odom, you're both on the way out to make room.

Bynum WILL be there. The Lakers are doing the smart thing by waiting until the summer and matching whatever another team offers him. It will be less than the max deal he wanted in LA and it is based solely on business. Kobe MAY not be there, but chances are he will. Like I said, the ONLY way Lebron goes to the Lakers is if he takes less money to join a winner. There will be a little money there, because Odom won't be and there will be a couple of other contracts that should be about to come off of the books (Fisher, Mihm, Radmanovic). It would be tough to do, but it's possible if takes a pay cut. Again, I don't see it happening.

Maximize earning potential. The top 4 cities for mass media are New York, LA, Chicago, Dallas. Expect him in one of those cities.

I agee totally. People (even me) can critisize Cuban all they want but when it comes to handing out the money he hasn't been cheap. Well, other than not keeping Nash he hasn't been cheap. I would love to see LeBron in big D but I don't know what would have to be done to accomplish such a feat.

:) True but when it is someone like LeBron it is fun to read into the future.

Lebron to the Lakers is not fair and the Lakers are already over the cap.
Go to either the knicks, nets or remain in Cleveland.

Exactly! However, the idea of James with Dirk and the Mavericks does sound intriguing. I still wouldn't count on him going ANYWHERE. All the "reports" come from other sources. LeBron hasn 't said anything, and you're spot on. 2010 is a long way off.
