Lightning talking to Sundin
It is still weeks before Mats Sundin will make a decision about where he wants to play. But the agent for the free agent center said the Lightning is one of about 10 teams "keeping fairly regular contact." "Tampa has different people who have been talking to Mats on a regular basis," agent J.P. Barry said Friday. "There is definitely sincere interest there." It is believed Tampa Bay owner Oren Koules spoke to Sundin this week in California.

Now that is out of line! Well Baldy it cant get any worst! We have changed our lines so much and roster that only one defensemen has hold its position since opening day and that is Paul Ranger, also adding some freaking flair no matter where could help this team.

All comments coming from other than Hurricanes, Ducks or Wings fans will be duly noted as envy run amuck. (For the uninitiated, those are the only teams to win The Cup since Tampa Bay won it) Yes, the ownership is somewhat suspect here but, really, I could name a dozen "old school" hockey towns with at least that much craziness! I'm guessing that you guys are haters because 1) The Bolts have their names on The Cup 2)while I'm writing this, I'm sitting in my backyard in shirtsleeves and 3) and that will be the case in Feburary as well. Anyone want to drop the gloves?
