Where does Kerry Wood go? He's close to Nolan Ryan in Texas and hails from the Dallas area. Milwaukee, St. Louis, Oakland, Atlanta, Cleveland, the Mets, and Tampa Bay could all be suitors.

The Yanks should take a look at him to set-up.

No, they shouldn't.

NO WAY-

we absolutely don't need more injuries waiting to happen

Milwaukee would make some sense, Torres just retired and they need a closer.

Rays need the shutdown closer to go with good lineup and excelent starting pitching

The braves have struggled with their pitching for the last two-three years. A good, solid arm in the bull-pen could go a long ways for them

Where will Kerry Wood land? Hopefully not the same place Natalie Wood landed.............

Kerry Wood is gonna land up in a crackhouse with Bill Buckner and Scott Norwood if he doesn't cinch up his sack next season.

I've seen that crackhouse, it's a festering hole. They told me they keep writing to their landlord Brian Bosworth but he never gets back to them.

One thing wood's arm isn't is "solid".

Hopefully Milwaukee or St Louis, if only to tweak the Cub fans who were enamored of him.

Blue Jays should trade BJ Ryan to a team in need of a closer that loses out on Brian Fuentes and K Rod and then pick up Kerry Wood on a 2 year contract with team option for a 3rd year @ say 2 million a season! See here in the AL East the Jays can no longer compete with the Big Spending Yankees and Red Sox and lets not forget the suddenly strong Rays! With Burnett as good as gone and Marcum and Mc Gowan out of the rotation for the first few months of the season even a slight bit of hope is now gone as Doc Holliday cant carry a team all alone! Dump some contracts and pick up some prospects and re group in 2 years! The only one untouchable should be are the current starting pitching as they are young! Vernon Wells may be good trade bait also

Do you mean like the way your beloved brewers signed Eric Gagne just to tweak the rest of the league....talk about suckers!!!
