Anyone know a little about this pitcher? Is he a starter or a reliever?

Morning Fact. And YES, the lightsaber is lit....... And goodmoring Slink. Anyone else working the day after Thanksgiving is worthy of respect.
If he is a reliever, who will the sox drop down? and if he is a starter.. I would guess that would mean they will not pursue Lowe or Burnett this offseason..?

mlb.com had it up a couple of days ago and it was reported by a source in japan

no he's a prospect , i would assume he would go to the minors first
