Cardinals near Ohka decision

The Cardinals continue to scrutinize Tomo Ohka, who is set to make his second start for Class AAA Memphis tonight after being signed to a minor-league contract Tuesday after his release from the Blue Jays. The club will then decide whether to promote him, release him or seek permission from his agent to have him make a third minor-league start.
