A market is developing for Ty Wigginton among at least three teams - the Reds, Indians, and Giants. Cincinnati would like him as a super sub, in the outfield as well. It will be interesting to see if the Astros can get rid of his contract as they begin to scale down

How old is this news? The Astros already got rid of his contract a week ago. "Welcome to the nineties, Mr Banks!" "Party on, dudes!"

He would be a good fit for the Indians, but the Giants need hitters more.

Cincy must not have watched his defense any if they are interested in him as a super sub. Their defense would definitely feel the pain. He did okay in left field. Then again, they were used to Adam Dunn's defense in left field for so many years, so I guess Ty would be an upgrade there but not in the infield spots. I don't think he would be able to play center or right, either.

Now that CC has come into money, he has acquired a taste for more expensive snacks so he will need something more expensive say like Giambi...
