Will wide receiver Cameron Kenney switch his commitment from Auburn to Georgia? Kenney, the wide receiver from Dacula who plays at Garden City (Kan.) Junior College, said he is waiting to hear what UGA quarterback Matthew Stafford will do. Kenney admitted that Stafford's decision will influence his decision. The 6-2, 200-pound Kenney committed to Auburn but is looking at other schools since the coaching change. Over the holidays, Kenney said he plans to schedule January visits to Auburn, Georgia, Kansas State, South Florida and South Carolina.

Is Stafford gonna become Brett Favre Jr...."I want to be a pro, no, wait, i want to stay in school now!"

December 26, 2008  12:11 PM ET

Stay in school, kid.

Try actually winning a bowl game why don't you. Big time? Based on what? Being on the wrong end of four straight BCS blowouts?

December 26, 2008  03:31 PM ET

As long as it's negatively affecting UGA, I'm happy!

December 26, 2008  04:18 PM ET

All I can say is some teams better hope that Stafford and Moreno don't stick around. Could you imagine those two behind an experienced offensive line?

Still they really need to worry more about the defense. They let everyone score on them this year. It was bad!

December 26, 2008  05:51 PM ET

If Stafford stays in school... He is outta his friggin mind... Everything I have seen says he is one of the top rated QB's coming out.... If he stays another year... He falls to the middle of the QB pack for next year... Unless you wanna give away a few million bucks... Submit your paperwork

Yea, I hear Detroit is a great place to play. As the former trade schooler CJ... Stay in school and maybe you will get a chance not to play in the Winter Wonderland!

December 26, 2008  10:35 PM ET

is he a lock to play in Detroit or is Bradford?

I would take Bradford if I were them and I'm a die hard Dawg fan. Stafford has been very inconsistent the past 3 years but the NFL loves the dreaded P word that's always mentioned along with his name. One more year in school would definitely make him a better QB for the long run but I don't see how anyone can walk away from this much guaranteed money. Aaron Murray in 09!!

December 27, 2008  01:12 AM ET

Yeah, Logan Gray, Aaron Murray, or Zach Mettenberger will be able to throw him a good ball after Stafford leaves anyways. Besides, Stafford will probably not be throwing to him unless the kid can be the next AJ Green or Julio Jones for that matter.

December 27, 2008  08:29 AM ET

Stafford has a great arm but he is still only 21 years old. He needs to grow up. I fully expect him to come out but he won't have an impact in the NFL for several years. Don't be surprised if Jerry Jones trades for him at some point...maybe even to get him! He is a Dallas native and could be the next Troy Aikman for the Cowboys.

Regardless of what Stafford does, there is more than ample talent waiting at GA. The truth is, the Bulldogs will probably be better next year without him. Stafford is a great talent but what GA needs is some leadership on the the field...which was sorely lacking this year.

December 27, 2008  04:42 PM ET

he should base is decision on what feels right, not on a quarterback who might go pro or stay for one more year

usc has a couple parade all-americans at qb, so that should be a safe bet.
