The Divas are at again ... if their smart they'd take a page out of the Giants playbook and sacrifice talent for accountability. The Giants have become the best team in football the last two years with the subtraction of talented diva's like Tiki Barber and Jeremy Shockey. The Cowboy's ineptitude is a direct result of having Stars who don't take responsibility for their failures ( Romo that's you ) , who only care about winning if they're putting up their #'s ( Owens and Witten that's you ) and an owner who repeatedly undermines his head coaches authorty in an attempt to make himself bigger than the team ( Jerry Jones that would be you ) ...its obvious why they haven't won anything since Jimmy Jones left ( not that the off the fied antics were any different.)
