Wasn't the reason Marve fought the UM restrictions so he can stay close to his Father in Florida? Notice how all his top choices aren't anywhere close?

I believe it. The best 1a senior QB is who? Pat White? And with the success of Flacco people have to have a bit more faith in a 1aa QB now. The NFL doesn't care about NCAA rules, if you can play then you get drafted.
