Woody Hayes' nude interviews?

Unfortunately for Leonard Downie Jr., former executive editor of the Washington Post and a graduate of Ohio State, he got to witness former OSU coach Woody Hayes up close and probably too personal. Downie worked for The Lantern ( Ohio State's student newspaper) in the early 1960s. He had several memorable moments, especially his time spent with the legendary Hayes. "If the team lost or tied, he would conduct an interview in the nude," said Downie, as reported in The Lantern. "He was an ugly guy so it would clear the locker room out pretty fast."

The underappreciated Genuis of Wayne Woodrow Hayes. They forgot to mention his penchant for grabbing players by their "woodies" to get their attention. Why do you think Archie Griffin ran like that?

That's funny lol...

... they should have talked about Woody punching that Clemson player in the bowl game back in 1978 which led to his demise.

We all saw that happen and said incident happens to not fall under the reporting category of "truth" or "rumor"....There's many untold Woody legend stories and quotes that are far more offensive and far more interesting.

I must say, this is the most clever way to dodge an interview when you're not in the mood I've ever heard of. There's always some method to his total madness.
