Curry's injury status uncertain

Davidson guard Stephen Curry left Saturday's game at Furman midway through the second half of the Wildcats' 75-60 Southern Conference victory with what may be a seriously sprained left ankle. It's not known when Curry will be able to return. "It's a sprained ankle; he's resilient and we've got a great medical team," Davidson coach Bob McKillop said. "I'll have to wait until we get back to Davidson before we get any kind of evaluation." We're not sure exactly what happened; Curry left Timmons Arena on crutches, but was not permitted to speak with several reporters who watched him leave the locker room from perhaps 6 feet away.
