After Shaquille O'Neal scored 45 against Toronto on Friday, Raptors star Chris Bosh said O'Neal had benefited from officials ignoring his three-second lane violations. "I heard what Chris Bosh said, and that's strong words coming from the RuPaul of big men," O'Neal said. "I'm going to do the same thing (in their next meeting) I did before -- make him quit. Make 'em quit and complain. It's what I do." O'Neal is the only NBA player other than Stephon Marbury and Bernard King to record 40-point games with four teams. "I warned these guys he can do that," Lakers coach Phil Jackson said.

here we go again with Shaq and his big mouth

Is Bosh as good as people think? Personally I don't think you build a team around him. I might get blasted for saying that, and he has great numbers, but his toughness factor is about a 4 out of 10. He is about the same height as K.G., but is about 30 pounds lighter. And I thought K.G. was skinny as hell. Maybe he should talk to A-Rods cousin cause he needs to bulk up! What is he like 6'11" 230? Anthony Mason takes bigger **** than that!

Normally, I cringe when Shaq goes after other people. Not this time, and here's why:

1. Bosh started it.
2. It wasn't about Kobe...for once.
3. Calling him RuPaul was pretty clever.

March 2, 2009  10:28 AM ET

When you loose, you loose and don't cry. The time to speak is on court. These makes negatives vibres over the chance to get a richest contract for Bosh in 2010.

March 2, 2009  10:30 AM ET

Agree with #3. Shaq didn't start this argument so I can't really blame him for it, and the RuPaul of big men line is just hilarious.

March 2, 2009  10:31 AM ET

I know Shaq's trying to be funny but to call the guy the RuPaul of big men is a bit harsh. It brought a smile to my face, but that is harsh.

March 2, 2009  10:33 AM ET

Very funny, Shaq.

Bosh's complaint may have had merit. However, when you get torched for 40 points, it just sounds like sour grapes.

March 2, 2009  10:35 AM ET

I'm a Raptor fan, and a one-time big Bosh fan. But his ego has grown exponentially since winning the gold this past summer, and then having an amazing start to the season. His self-proclaimed run at the MVP title a couple weeks into the season said it all. I'm glad that Shaq made the comments that he did - maybe it'll light a fire under Bosh and the rest of the team by being called quitters - god knows they need it.

March 2, 2009  10:42 AM ET

Shaq's big mouth? maybe bosh shouldn't be such a baby because he can't win even after they got jermain o'neal.. hes already gone. Bosh is a numbers guy.. he'll never win anything. Good for shaq im glad he put a beating on him. Put a beating on gasol last night as well.

March 2, 2009  10:44 AM ET

I usually laugh at how stupid Shaq sounds most of the time but this time I agree with him. Stop being a little girl Bosh. I think you might have lost a few Manhood Points Bosh; crying so damn bad. However, if Bosh simply said that it was tough to ref Shaq and that he's a good player, I think most of us would have read between the lines.

March 2, 2009  10:48 AM ET

"RuPaul of Big Men"

HAhahahaha!! This is f&ck!ng hilarious! Let's see what Bosh is made of. This doesnt concern basketball but it's just so funny. And it's not about Marbury

March 2, 2009  10:49 AM ET

Shaq stomped him.

March 2, 2009  10:49 AM ET

I thought Bosh was criticizing the officials that game (for not calling three-seconds) rather than calling out Shaq. Looks like Bosh may have bitten off more than he can chew. Don't mess with the Diesel. He can get any message out through the media at any time. Bosh better backtrack and blame the officials and make peace with Shaq... or else he'll be seeing a lot ofRupaul signs when he plays.

March 2, 2009  10:49 AM ET

Rupaul !!!! AHAHAHAHA !!!!!!!

yea but he backed it up tho 2 games in a row 45 and 33

March 2, 2009  10:52 AM ET

haha this was HILARIOUS

this did sound as though Bosh was sour about getting lit up

March 2, 2009  10:55 AM ET

Shaq did camp out, but he's been doing that all his career. If the refs are letting that go, Bosh should take advantage of it, too. That being said, I don't think Bosh is a franchise cornerstone, because he's 6'11" 130 lb. Even in the Olympics, where everyone (including myself) was praising him for his rebounding and defense, it was mainly help defense. He was clearly getting destroyed every time he went one-on-one against either of the Gasols, but watching him try to defend Shaq was like watching a matador defend a bull without his red towel, paint or no paint. Forget joining LeBron or D-Wade. He needs to get a Kendrick Perkins or Joel Pryzbilla lining up next to him.

March 2, 2009  11:04 AM ET

Shaq can back it up on the court. We will see who talks trash and who speaks truth. My money goes on The Big Aristotle.

March 2, 2009  11:05 AM ET

You have to take Bosh for what he is right now: 6'10, 230lbs, and 24 years old. He's not built to guard people 40, 60, or in Shaq's case, 100 lbs more than he is. I wouldn't necessarily say he's soft, but its just has to be frustrating to get pushed around like that, maybe if he got up to a Garnett-esque 250 lbs, he wouldn't be tossed around in the post like a rag doll.
