Knicks dealing Harrington?

05:45 AM ET 04.01 | It was telling at the morning shootaround when Mike D'Antoni was reviewing the positives of the season. He mentioned the flash of brilliance Danilo Gallinari showed in his brief time. He talked about the cap room created. D'Antoni said David Lee and Nate Robinson, two restricted free agents, showed the needed improvement. There was no mention of Al Harrington, who really is the only live body coming out of trading Jamal Crawford and Zach Randolph. ( Larry Hughes, who sprained his ankle and did not return in the second half, is not a starter in this league any longer). And Harrington may not be either. He may be better in short busts as a Sixth Man. Problem is, the whole team is Sixth Men. Harrington's got another year on his deal - an expiring contract. I wouldn't be surprised if he was dealt this summer. He's not the ball mover who makes others around him better that D'Antoni loves. Call him the anti-Boris Diaw.
