Feeling ill as he did during part of Spring Training, right-hander Tim Lincecum returned to San Francisco on Thursday morning for a medical examination, Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. Bochy relayed that doctors found nothing unusually wrong with Lincecum, who's expected to make his next scheduled start Saturday against Arizona.

Yeah I will go with that. Hurts when he pees.

Oooooo, that stings.

Good news for the Giants that he's back. I hope it wasn't a case of the crab dribble...LeBron says that's a tough one to shake.

It's too bad that Lincecum has to throw a shutout to get a win.

It's also a shame that he has to play for the Giants

Imagine how many games he would win with the Marlins or the Cards or a number of any teams... Scary.

I don't really care what his problem is medically or what team he's playing for, he's one of my fantasy pitchers that hasn't produced squat this year...GET IT TOGETHER SON!!!

They need to bring his father in and take a look at what Timmy's doing... His pops is the one who taught him to pitch. Dave Raghetti obviously doesn't have a clue.

gotta keep it in perspective... he can be playing for the nats.

He better turn it around... Dude is killing me on my fantasy team!!!

That leaves us with the usually wrong.

With doctors like this, the reason for clear diagnosis seems evident.

Very true.

It's called sophomoritis, the plague of the second year after a stellar first year. Lincecum will be lucky to win more than he loses this year. The Giants have one of the worst offensive lineups in baseball and the only solution is to resign Bonds. If nothing else tons of fans will come see him play.

Being stuck with San Fran would make anyone sick.

The illness is that he plays for the Giants! There I said it
