The "conduct" as you call it, is not a crime...... Mr. BGduece I'll have to go back to my quote...

Along with not allowing blacks to eat in the same restaurants or use the same bathroom or having to sit in the back of the bus, all those were "choice of conduct" by folks that did not want to accept that blacks deserved equal treatment.. that is racism . I guess we can argue if the choice of being gay is the same as the choice of being black, Latino etc. You know what I'm saying? you are born the way you are......that is a question that can only be answered by folks a lot smarter than me...lol
