Had to come on and post my dismay that "23 Current and Former NFL Players" have been THIS CLOSE to me all week long, and I MISSED it! What the heck?! Stupid w*rk...

They are in NW Ohio "to Participate in New "Sports Journalism & Communications Boot Camp" May 13-16 at Bowling Green State University". https://www.nflplayerengagement.com/news-and-media/press/2013nflsportsjournalis mbootcamp/ (not making the hyperlink-- feeling lazy today.) Brendon Ayanbadejo, one of my faves (because of his brave, against-the-norm social stance), is participating.

AND I MISSED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $^&%@^%*!!!!

He did that as a preservationist move. Aeons ago, I'd started an "O-H..." thread with Tressel's first public speech. After his fall from grace (which a certain skydiver took particularly hard), Tinny BEGGED me and other Buckeyes to start a new thread without Tressel...

... and I couldn't bring myself to do it.

So he took it upon himself to provide us a way to ease away from my beloved coach and into the unknown. And I am grateful for that.

So don't be too hard on him; it was a generosity of spirit that was the impetus.
