Just heard confirmed reports that his back is a serious issue also. If he's got to get the arm operated on again and then they need to operate on his back he'll be fortunate to see the field at all this year if he ever sees it again. This is not good at all.

The clause doesn't affect what Peyton Manning is paid. The only consequence would be that the Broncos do not take the cap hit IF that same area of the neck is injured and he can't play. Bottom line...Manning gets his money and the Broncos a off the hook cap wise should he be injured again.

So let's say he really spends "only" $400,000 a year on this stuff. That's $33,333 a month if he does it for a full 12 months.

His chiropractor, acupuncturist, homeopathic doctor, trainer and five masseuses add up to about $13,000 a month.

So here's the question. What could he possibly be spending an additional $20,000 a month on? Hmmmmmm.....twice a week at $2,500 per visit.
