I was wondering where he had slipped off to...I am really shocked that nobody has picked him up yet, even if he is not going to be a #1 receiver, he is a presence on the field and will make those around him better for it.

Huh? Vick was never that great of a QB. He had plenty of mobility back when he had young legs under him which certainly caused a lot of teams headaches, but he was never very accurate tossing the ball. Considering that he has lost a step in the last couple years and he has a much better chance of being caught if he tries to scramble, throwing the ball is about all that he has left...and (repeating myself) he is not very good at that.

Also consider that a rookie came in and did something that he was incapable of doing...

I would have thought that the Giants would jump at him...or even the Bills (rather than signing the Team Obliterator)...poor Boldin, stuck in AZ making however many millions of dollars...rough life.

Funny - nobody complains when a LB levels a kicker who gets in the way of a punt return, but when a WR does the same to them they cry like little babies. Ward is known to be a very physical player - with the ball and without the ball. This being said, when you are playing Pitt, keep your head on a swivel or Ward will drop you.

And quit calling him a dirty player because he hits people - I personally think that more WR should start nailing people down field.

The goal for this team, and any other team is to do what you have to in order to get wins. If that means two QB's, then so be it. If it means having the punter run as a WR, or set up on the line, so be it. Contrary to what a lot of people say about keeping a QB in rythm, or padding their fragile personas, switching QBs has not seemed to hurt either Warner or Leinart's performance. Leinart just needs to grow up - he is a player on a team, who has most recently been shown to be replaceable. Perhaps he should shut his mouth off the field and prove that he is the best QB on the field?
