Whether or not you would've quit the way he did, is irrelevant. He has a new job, ESPN keeps piling it on because it sells shaving cream, or whatever else they're advertising.
Petrino is a brilliant X's and O's college coach, and I think that's the reason they hired him (he pursued the Arkansas job, not the other way around)., not some trumped up nonsense reported by Mark May.
The incident in question here wasn't even true...ESPN needs to get over themselves.
Just more BS surrunding the Razorback football program.
C'mon guys it'd be fun, but you can chalk all this up filler information when they have no real story to write.
...then he can get a pay raise and a contract extension, and never have to leave the comfort of his recliner...
...please...
Oline is that smartest thing to build first.
My point earlier with the Cowboys trade was that the trade would be mutually beneficial. The Cowboys would get the player they want, and the Phins would get the picks they need.
The Cowboys will most likely trade to try to acquire McFadden.
Just some food for thought...
Glen Mason's name has not surfaced even one time in conversation down here in Arkansas in and media whatsoever. The names Butch Davis, Gus Mahlzan, Tommy Tuberville (never happen) do however.
oh, wrong thread...
Still...
Laugh now, but I said the same things about Vick a few years ago and everyone derided me then...
...guess who's laughing now
..c'mon Chicago fan, when does the hurting stop?

???Tavaris??? is an ancient Greek name that was bestowed upon the guy in Grecian villages that couldn???t throw a rock accurately enough to hit the person being stoned to death. "

1. You obviously don't see very well then.
2. I'll take that bet. You produce a woman who knows more about any of the afore mentioned topics, and I'll concede defeat. Of course you won't, because you can't.
I wasn't saying that she couldn't know more about a sport because she was a woman, if you had even the slightest amount of reading comprehension, you would see that I was saying she couldn't ultimately know more, because she'd never played the game. You can watch something all you want and comment on it, but until you've physically done whatever it is you're commenting on, you CANNOT know more about it than those who have.

1. Don't call me a prick.
2. I doubt you could find a woman who knows more about football than I do, be it breaking it down, or otherwise..But hey, I'll be the first to admit it if you do (you won't).
My point was that since none of these women has ever actually played a game of organized football, they can't have that insider's knowledge of what goes on in-game asd well as with locker room dynamics.
Don't get all huffy because you wanted some misbegotten moral high ground on feminism.
Now, go tell your mom to make me dinner, I'll be over later to "tuck her in"
