This is a surprise? Before the 2008 season even started, he offered to give back his 11 million signing bonus and wanted to retire. For as much as he's done since then, they should have taken him up on the offer.

One step forward five steps back. Seems every time there is even a hint of positivity with the Raiders, someone within the organization does something to reveal dysfunction. Here they are 1-1 with a chance to tie for first in the division, but yet the front office is more worried about banning Gannon from a broadcast.

Until the focus is on winning, they will lose. It's hard to remain a loyal Raider fan.
