This kid looked like a man playing against boys last year. Best player in the draft. Wish my Eagles could get this guy.

Unless it's happened to you you really don't know how it affects someone. If it hasn't happened to you then you're commenting on what you "think" should be appropriate action. Trust me when I tell you it can really mess you up until you get it out and talk to someone about it. It's not as easy as doing A, B and C. It affects you as a child and as an adult until you can free yourself from a past that you were too young to do anything about. His actions, which almost everyone couldn't understand, is now very understandable to me now. I was one of those that couldn't see his actions in the aftermath being the right thing to do. This revelation explains a lot. I'm not mad that others still don't get it. Just wanted to offer another perspective from the other side.

Excellent point. But....."if" he loses speed on his fastball it's probably going to be because he doesn't have those massive thunder thighs to push of the mound.

If you know how much your best friends ex-wife I making you're probably banging her...haha. Yes,I know this is a troll thread but it made me laugh. ANYWAY....I'm just thoroughly disgusted by this. Man I miss how the O's used to do business. Brings me back to Albert "Don't call me Joey" Bell. Not fond memories.

I give you Penn State's next coach. Al Groh.
Posted Thursday January 02, 2014, About: Frontrunner to replace O'Brien
Coaching in the pros and college is just so different that not all coaches are cut out to deal with things they don't have to in the pros. In the pros it's the owner and GM. In college it's the president, athletic director and hundreds of boosters. The comments don't really bother me that much when you hear how difficult it has been to deal with boosters at other programs. I just don't think he was built for that scenario. Good coach? Hell yeah. Just wasn't built for college. I'm happy he gave those kids stability for the first 2 years. As for the yahoo's that had to get bitter on my thoughts? I'm guessing being nice to people wasn't part of their New Years resolution....haha.
Posted Wednesday January 01, 2014, About: Frontrunner to replace O'Brien
Life long Penn State fan. I have mixed feelings. I was extremely unhappy after the 1st year he waned to leave. The kids that stayed deserved better. They didn't deserve a 1 and done coach. I just couldn't understand how a coach would take that job knowing how badly the program and the kids needed stability. The program was already facing a monumental uphill battle in recruiting so to look to get out after 1 year was not going to help. After the 2nd year it was clear he hadn't changed his mind after getting more money. I can't see how Penn State can effectively recruit this year. But.....on the other hand he did a great job at Penn State. The kids had a winning program for 2 years when it would have been easy to go in the toilet. I'm really happy that the kids that stayed had 2 good years.

Perfect as a #3 starter but nothing more than that.
Posted Tuesday September 10, 2013, About: Suh avoiding suspension
Can't stand Suh. Want to see him get suspended for a year one of these days. But this? Much ado about nada. He broke a rule. Wanna see one of the cheap shots of all time? Look up Warren Sapps gutless hit on Chad Clifton. Fine him and just wait for the next time he does something that truly warrants a suspension. It won't take long.
