What he needs is a big boot up his butt. For some unknown reason, no one on the coaching staff has the gumption to do it. Maybe they are scared Jerry will make the team more Romo friendly again. Tony isn't the problem, a lack of discipline is the problem. We need leadership and Wade isn't the answer.
