For those who watched Kentucky surprise the nation by beating Clemson and Georgia last year, and playing Tennessee right down to the final seconds in Knoxville, this is not a surprise at all.

I don't think that this is taking a shot at him at all. Eli said what was the truth. Tiki didn't want to come back and play, and that's why he retired. No one should be offended in any way here.
