I am cleared to lift weights and train in karate so I don't see why not
the numbness definately affects the feel, but I suck anyway, so no biggie

probably had the disc issue in my neck for years, and only agravated it training. Considering what is involved, (google anterior cervical discectomy and fusion) I was shocked that I had very little post op pain, and was able to drive in a few days

Going to re-side the casa this summer, so my vacation time will be taken up with that, although we are renting a beach house in Scituate, better than the Cape, less cost, far less traffic, great beach, and awesome fishing
