This comes up every ten years or so and no one has the cojones to do anything that might get them sued. The last big incident I recall was the Icky Woods Junk shaking fiasco. Nothing has changed except for a little money changing hands and nothing is going to change. Icky however did change apparently. He is now coaching a womens flag football team.
