I never met the kid so I can't say he is dumb, but keep in mind his "in" at ND is thru the football field, not the classroom. Judging by his tweet I am guessing he isn't going to raise the student body GPA. Would they have taken him if he were 5-7 and a buck fifty? Bottom line- he most likely will be able to buy and sell me in 6 years regardless of how he talks/writes.

Please, in all honesty, tell me how that statement shows any jealousy. I simply don't like ND. The team I root for has the most college wins, the highest winning %. sells out every game, etc. Last year Mich was 11-2 and won a BCS game while ND was 8-5. ND hasnt been relevant for years in the NC picture. Granted, UM had a rough few years (Appy St, etc) but I dont become jealous of another program because of it. Can't you simply not like something without being jealous of it. If you can't then OSU and UM are very jealous of each other

Actually the Wings have sold out every game this year. Looking at the attendance numbers on the NHL site, they have played in front of 100.8% capacity at home. This week the local TV broadcast crew said the sell-out streak was at 57 games. A few years ago they weren't selling out every game, but things have started to p/u a bit in this paradise we call Detroit.
