Posted Thursday November 19, 2009, About: Henry admits intentional hand ball
Fifa did everything they could to make France and Portugal succeed. And when that was not enough, the ref turned blind.
I am disgusted. And if Henry is starting for France - I hope somebody is breaking his legs.

yes, Veh sent him home for a week to get his head free. Grafite put himself under a lot of pressure after the last season. He blocked himself. Veh sent him home to his family, Grafite came back - and scored.
Posted Monday November 02, 2009, About: Capello eyeing Werder Bremen attacker?
he was accused and he was cleared. There were nothing.

He had a lot of bad luck in the past 3 years. A constant chain of carreer ending injuries.

And he came back. He worked very hard with the coaches - overtime, outside of the usual training sessions, and he is better now then ever.

He has already stated that he wants to stay with Werder.

Oh, and he is a midfielder/striker. He is pretty versatile.

jimavejk. Nope. His mother is english. Not his father.

Football needs LESS investors like him. And more fan influence. I am so glad, that in Germany 51% of a pro team must be owned by the club. That way the team belongs the fans and not some 'investor'. I do not need empty shells. I want teams with tradition.
Posted Friday October 23, 2009, About: Police looking into Edu's racial claims
D-Wreck, Germany already has policies to guarantee youth development. Every professional team must have a youth centre and spent a certain part of the income on the development of young talent. Do you think the well playing U17/19/21/whatever teams came from nothing?
Posted Friday October 23, 2009, About: Liverpool owner backs Benitez
Bayern has several problems.
First of all, the team is lazy. That was ok with Hitzfeld, because he played a very.. static style and they didn't have to do much. Then came Magath. Magath is an animal. They had to run. He demands absolute fitness. The team played against the coach, and won. Bring in Klinsmann. From NT duty he only knew players doing their best to play for him. With Bowel Movement this changed. He wanted to play a dynamic style. The team rebelled and again the managment kicked him out. And now van Gaal. The team knows, we can be as lazy as we want, if we don't like the coach, he will be gone.
Severe errors by Hoeness and Rummenigge.
Add to that a lot of stupid transfers. The team is full with players like Lell, Breno, Ottl, Braafheid - players who act like they never saw a ball. They kept Ribery - and now he is 'injured' all the time.
More severe errors by Hoesness and Rummenigge.
And the last problem: van Gaal **** it up. The players are really really bad. Since he came aboard everything became worse. Technical skills? Zero. Tactical skills? Zero. Game reading? Zero. Motivation? Zero.
So van Gaal does a bad job, but even another coach would face a lazy ass bunch of overpaid ****clowns.

Eurosport reports that there are rumours linking Klinsmann with Liverpool.
Posted Monday October 19, 2009, About: Milan VP: U.S. should pay Onyewu's wages
Milan wants money? Sure - but first they should pay the costs associated with creating such a player. I would say, Milan should pay 20 millions to the american association. The wages can be deducted from that sum. Sounds fair.
Posted Sunday October 18, 2009, About: Beckenbauer backs Bayern's Van Gaal
because Lukas Podolski was a lazy bum not doing his best in training and sucked on the field. When Cologne asked Bayern sold him back to them without hesitation. They were glad to get rid of that constantly whining bench warmer. Now he is back at Cologne where he is playing all the time. And sucks.
Posted Sunday October 18, 2009, About: Beckenbauer backs Bayern's Van Gaal
Part one:
Bayern had a really bad start last year. Klinsmann talked a lot before the start of the season and Bayern did not deliver. The season went on and Bayern was never as successfull as the fans demanded. Of course, the managment and Beckenbauer were supportive. Told that they would have the patience, that it would take mre than a season to see the fruits of Klinsmann's labour.
They fired him three days before the end of the season.

Part two: they brought in van Gaal. They also spend 75million euros on new players. Gomez, Robben, etc. They lost Lucio and ze Roberto. Bayern fans were up in arms. Bayern would dominate the league! The managment said that winning the CL is the long term goal and that they would have the patience.
So far Bayern hasn't scored one more point than last year. In fact the team played worse. Everything is just like last year. Except the club spent a **** of money. Last year Beckenbauer supported Klinsmann now he supports van Gaal.
Oh and last year they were at least able to score goals and were not depending on the other team putting the ball in the own net to give the Bayern team a chance.
On paper the team improved. On the field it is much, much worse. Now it is just a matter of time until the deconstruction of van Gaal starts. Except if his team starts a really impressive winning streak right now. But the chances aren't good.
Posted Thursday October 15, 2009, About: Spanish team interested in Bradley?
Robles is no2 behind Sippel.

And Bradley would be stupid leaving Gladbach for some who-cares-2nd-division spanish club.
Posted Thursday October 01, 2009, About: Juventus linked to Bayern defender
so - let Juventus get him. That Breno guy seldomly plays - and when he played he sucked.

A very expensive bench warmer.
Posted Wednesday September 30, 2009, About: 'Red Card' Larrionda to ref U.S. match
well, he cleaned up. Yesterday he showed a perfect performance.

It is not the fault of the ref if american players are playing foul.
Posted Tuesday September 29, 2009, About: 'Red Card' Larrionda to ref U.S. match
better than the game against Germany, but the US team was VERY lucky that the Cameroon players were unable to hit the goal.
Posted Tuesday September 29, 2009, About: 'Red Card' Larrionda to ref U.S. match
penalty decision was ok too
Posted Tuesday September 29, 2009, About: 'Red Card' Larrionda to ref U.S. match
and that was a very well deserved yellow in the 62nd minute.
Posted Tuesday September 29, 2009, About: 'Red Card' Larrionda to ref U.S. match
well, the first 30 minutes are over and so far the ref did not do anything wrong.

But oh boy - the US team is pretty slow compared to cameroon.
Posted Saturday September 26, 2009, About: US to play Netherlands in 2010?
and worse - Germany's U20 team is heavily depleted. The clubs did not let their players go. Marin, Kroos and others had to stay home.

**** stupid to start such a tournament mid season. Domestic leagues, domestic cups, EuroLeague, championsleage. ...

Fifa is run by a bunch of idiots.

the Sun reports it too. Beckham choked the guy and you are talking about a minor slap?

Posted Friday September 11, 2009, About: American receives death threats
no, most german fans would prefer the strict econonic rules imposed on german clubs be used in other countries too. Overspending like Real, Chelsea etc isn't possible here. Clubs must be finacially sound - or they loose their licence. There is no state bail out like in Italy.
