This soap opera needs to end already. Deuce obviously heard enough to be very confident a move was imminent - or he wouldn't have painted himself into a corner like this.
Jol is a putz. Shame on the fans chanting against Deuce at the last game - how quickly they forget that without him the last few years, we'd be back down in the Championship.

Sorry, spammers, to actually get back to soccer........but,

Interesting matchups today in a wide-open group. Any of these 4 teams could move on.

Still like France to top the group, and they are on a roll. Still - they're France. The ability to totally mentally collapse is there.

The Ukraine/Sweden game was one of the best of the tournament so far - both teams going for it. That said, if Sweden doesn't play better defense - no way they progress. You'd think with all those tall dudes they'd be better on set pieces....

Watching England draw all three games in the group and fail to progress, while Sheva leads Ukraine to the next round - should be fun.

As for today - draws all around.
