Don't see how Bayne can be "the next Nascar superstar" this year if he is only running 16 races, though...
Wood Bros need to find him some sponsorship, and get him into more races. He and the legendary Wood Bros could certainly help one another out--if they can get into more races...
I was going to say: Based on what? Is there a source saying that this is a possibility, or is this just pure conjecture based on the writer's daydreams?
More info on WHAT makes this a possibility, please.
If you are talking about Pedro Martinez the pitcher, the one that when his pitches didn't "locate," ended up aimed at batter's heads at 90+ mph, that may be good...
If it is the Pedro Martinez that guides the people on the donkey rides down the rim of the Grand Canyon, maybe not so much...
Well then, all they have to do to accomplish that is double their win production this year!
Getting rid of TO would be phase one...
Maybe getting rid of Chad would be phase two...
Getting some receivers in there that understand the concept of "team" might be phase three! Seemed to work pretty well at the end of the year, when both Chad and TO were out...
Chad can play, but is he ever a drama queen! Plus, did you all see how well the Bengals played when BOTH TO and 85 were not in the game, and they had a couple young guys playing WR? Seemed like they were even BETTER!
That would be outstanding. We could watch the implosion happen, week by week...
All these primadonnas fighting over who gets the ball as they keep losing. I pity the team that they go to, especially if a bunch of them land in the same place.
Just think--a few years ago, Miami was the #1 choice when SD was shopping Brees, and the Dolphins didn't want to take him because he was rehabbing from the shoulder surgery.
So, he went to New Orleans, and won a Super Bowl there.
Ah, what could have been...
Actually, these comments are somewhat mild for a Diva of Marshall's level. And I tend to agree with him. He may actually be right on the money...
The Chargers have consistently fallen on their face coming out of the gate under Turner. They routinely start 2-3, then scramble to come back. This year, a couple of additional mistakes and they started out 2-5. Plus, they didn't make as strong a run as they usually do (they usuallly go undefeated in Dec, and this year they lost one).
Doesn't matter how great of a closer you are, if you dig yourself too big of a hole, you may not make it out of it...
Too much talent to come out of the gate that consistently bad. Fire Turner.

Miss ya, CD!
Which Pedro?

Sounds like there's a lot of potential there, though!
Since I moved to the East Coast, the games start later, so it's usually not breakfast time anymore, but any time is a good time for bacon!

I think that is a change for the better. Well done, boys!

Nothing says he can't have girlfriends! Since he's not married anymore, it's not cheating!
Go Tiger!

Love the commercials, hate the product...
