Amen!!!! My ticket price for the OSU/TSUN game this fall is $102 compared to $75 2 yrs ago. I certainly don't get any more bang for my buck.The seating sucks,the stadium is dirty,and I have to listen to that song every 5mins whether they score or not.

This will hurt the FCS schools financially,especially the in state schools who bag a big payday!The good news is the Big Ten won't be penalized in the BCS computer rankings for strength of schedule.Hopefully other top conferences will follow suit and do the same.

It will take some time.Urban Meyer will have a long successful stay at Ohio State and that will be what entices elite athletes from the SEC to look at Ohio State.Also the fact can they play right away.Most kids view college as a stepping ground for the next level.Heisman trophy winners #1 draft choices.I'll put Ohio State up there with any school in the country.Ohio State is the big dog in the Big 10 for this simple reason.Look at the state that dominates most Big 10 schools.It's Ohio State.Urban will be able to lure some elite talent from the Sec schools just give him time.

There are no set guidelines for recruiting everything within the rules is fair game.An 18 or 19 yr old is not a child.These kids are well learned in the recruiting game and many of them know how to exploit the media for their own interest.Again until a recruit signs on national signing day he is considered a recruitable athlete.

If you know anything about college football recruiting you should know that nothing is final until national signing day.Funny how everyone looks to vilify a head coach for trying to recruit the best possible athletes,but hardly anything is said about athletes who verbally commit then change their minds when they feel the grass might be greener on the other side.

The SEC is watching Urban Meyer closely because every coach in that conference knows that Ohio State if not this year then the next will be a force to reckon with.He not only will change the landscape of the Big Ten but will have the Buckeyes in position to compete for the National title every year.If recruits don't want to come play for the Buckeyes then so be it.What makes Urban Meyer a championship coach is that he is an elite recruiter and recognizes that there is an abundance of talent outside the state of Ohio and will make every effort to go out and get it.

Notre Dame has an offense?Who?What?Where?One good year out of the last 20 and everyone is anointing them the kings of college football.Alabama has been there done that year after year.
