Not saying anything directly against you, but I totally disagree with this mentality that is supported by many. You're right, what Boras is doing is perfectly legal and his job and although he is doesn't mean it's right or should continue. If he was a bartender, would you expect him to continue to pour drink after drink to a patron sitting at the bar? It's legal, he's just doing his job. So the guy steps out of the bar and in front a car that makes him a hood ornament and kills him. Oh well, the bartender was just doing his job, serving his patron, totally legal, nothing more and nothing less. Not his fault that the clumsy guy tripped off the curb and had his head planted into the grill of the car that hit him right??? It may be legal and his job, but there are limits and reasonable ceilings for everything and Boras always tries to go above and beyond those ceilings.

Isn't a "public park" a park that the public is able to access free of cost? I'm pretty sure they charge to get inside Safeco Field so I'm not sure it is considered a "public park".

Or if they are going to feel that they still need the stupid chase then don't change the points once we get to that point. If Stewart is leading by 200 going in, then he's up by 200 for the first race of the chase. To me that just seems like what pretty much everyone is saying about this. It isn't about winning races as much anymore as it is about just being consistent so you make the chase because once you make the chase all the points you accumulated up to that point are pretty much moot anyway.

2.) Didn't buy the gun to commit a crime...YET HE DID commit a crime with it.
3.) Bought it in FL....hmmmmmm, maybe if he would have kept in FL he wouldn't be in this situation...I mean really, just becuase you buy the gun legally doesn't give you a free pass if you do something stupid with it later like.....oh....I don't know....carry it illegally into a crowded nightclub, while wearing sweats and shoot yourself in the leg with it. He should get 3 1/2 years just for being an idiot.
