These "agents" have to register as such in this state DUE to circumstance from the past.. our state laws regulate these kinds of people to stop that kind of unhanded behavior.

The only problem with all this.. he was allegedly paid to LEAVE not stay.. and why wait until the second to last game to take the money.. why wouldnt they offer it during the season when it wouldve been more convenient? If they can determine that the person depicted in the photsos is an agent or agent representative and is not registered in the state as such that is a felony.. why would a guy risk his career like that?... I call BS on this.. hopefully this will all be determined before the actual start of the season.

ok.. So I have been in touch with a family member that works at UF in the AD just to get thier .02 worth.. and according to him.. This annonomys letter with a candian post mark and some photos of the alleged "runner"/"agent representative" is going to be hard to prove. The Pouncey's have been cooperating fully.. they have given bank statements and cc statements and all cell phone records for the period of november through february or april... Second.. in the state of florida it is a FELONY to represent yourself as an agent without registering with the STATE of FLORIDA through its business regulations dept. At this time... there have been no large sum transactions having been done during any of this time period.... So just from what Im getting from up there.. They think its ALLLLLL BS and someone who is a lil butthurt over something and wanting to mess with FL.. but Foley has erred on the side of caution.. has the police department involved along with notifying the NCAA immediately and have turned over the letter as well... The photos look like they were photoshopped according to my relative because the pic of Maurkice in the photos he is wearing 2 different clothing ensembles..but is supposed to be at the one event.. and the agent is wearing the same thing in both photos.. I would think that a guy would wear two different outfits to one event...( however that could be a guy thing).. I say.. enough speculation and that we will probably hear something very soon as to what is going on... I think that a kid that age would be very hard pressed to hide a 100k in cash under his bed without SOMEONE else knowing for sure.

Im thinking the same thing.. both these guys are ****.. Im back on the dating scene again as well.. If your asking for someone elses prospective then 1. you didnt think it was appropriate for the question about sex.. and 2. You believe the guy should pick up the tab on a first date ( which he should if he did the asking out). I always offer to pick up the tip, and not that Im a sex on the first date kinda girl.. but if the date is going well then it will work out how it will for any bedroom possiblities in the future.. and the guy will have at least an idea as to where its going.
I say keep looking... there are better things out there and by now you should know the things that you will tolerate and things that you wont.. I know I have.. it has surely cut out a lotta the bull.

actually I have heard rumors .. that the assist AD at FL could be a candidate.. Im not happy about that.. but those are some rumors that are floating around.

You do realize.. that man (Zook).. is one heck of a recruiter.. he may not be SEC caliber head coaching material.. but I would take him back as a recruiter in a min.. and if any of yall think otherwise.. you dont pay attention to CFB.

Seriously.. You think that USC could/will win the Pac 10?.. I will not deny that USC has talent aplenty.. but your biggest drawback is your headcoach... who has yet to prove anything and when he loses a game.. calls it a "moral victory".. Monte May have his defense ready.. but I would not be surprised if USC went either @.500 or below.. Kiffen couldnt prove himself with Tenn.. I doubt it will be any better in Cali.
