Hey Panther fan and all the rest of you doctors

....how do you know Bynum will "never be the same."?? It all depends on the athlete, the injury and the treatment. These are all variables that go into the end result of an injury. To say he will never be the same is joke. You and all the other "doctors" on here sound so lame. Drew is 20 years old and people that young tend to heal completly over time even in the worst cases. Lets wait and see before you start diagnosing Drews recovery and subsequant abilities over the next 14 years. God, some of you are just too funny.

LOL, Odenator ur still too funny. You take him cuz hes on your team!! Bynum has already showed he can play terrific D, rebound and even though he has almost no HS experience and no college experience he has a better offensive game than Oden. We will see if Oden makes the huge leaps in skills that Bynum has already done. Maybe Oden will be better but from what Bynum has already show in his very young career Oden will have to be an absolute monster to pass him. And Bynum may well become an absolute monster in a few years.

Bynum will be needed for the playoffs, against San Antonio, Phoenix and especially Boston if both teams get that far. Boston destroyed the Lakers offense twice this year and had no trouble scoring. The only way i see the lakers beating them is with Drew in the starting lineup. He was comming on so well when he got hurt. His size defense and rebounding makes him a better center than Gasol who is not very physical. The only way i see the Lakers winning it all is with both Gasol and Bynum playing together. Im not buying the "hes young" or dont mess with the chemistry thing. The best team we can put out there is a front court of Bynum, Gasol and Odom. This lineup will end games very early for us. Bringing Byum off the bench for the playoffs is not a good idea. You start him right away, when he gets tired you slide Gasol over or bring in Mimm or Ronny.

I am objective, about my teamz and the playas on them. Theres no "projection" to it, its just how i am and alwayz will be. I figure when Kobe leaves and Lamar and Gasol the Lakz will have mad cap room to build around Baby B...so i think it will go pretty good for us for as long as hes here.

Hope ur not a betting man cuz u would have lost ur paper. I got booted out a lakerz web site cuz those fools were all about trading Baby B for old J Kid or that broke down center from Indiana. I told them they were lame and they got rid of me, lol. I dont care cuz i was right and they were wrong and now they all on Baby B's bandwagon now. I luved when we picked him in the draft and I luv it even more now!!! You shouldnt presume to know what someone thought cuz it makes u look really bad just like u do now. If u want to know what i think on something ask me, cuz u dont know a thing about me!!!

Im a Lakz fan and dont be sterotyping me up!! I luved Shaq and hated to see him go and i will alwayz luv him for what he did for the lakz. Kobe iz great. Hes the best baller goin on. He has three blings and hes gonna get more.I havent liked some of things he's done and dont think hes a nice person, but hes a beast on the floor and if you dont think so your dont know whats up or your hatin so bad you just dont want to admit it. Im not a jealous person so that stuff i dont understand stuff like that. Lakz r gonna be the best franchise in NBA history by the time Kobe and Baby B are done, if others are jealous of that well.....to bad cuz its just sports.

U can diss on Baby B all u want, but he was heading for connecticut before he went pro and would have been the first baller taken in the draft had he gone to college. He hardly played any HS balls!! The way he has grown in such a short time without experience in the NBA shows what mad game he will have!!!! U can say what you want but hes athletic, smart and wants to work. He's gonna be just as good if not betta than Ogden and like i said, with Kobe there its gonna give the Lakz the edge. I bet ur a Blazer fan so imma say bring it on cuz were gonna kick u guyz to the curb with Baby B and Kobe just like we did with Shaq and Kobe...........to bad!!!!

Bynum is going to be a great center, just as good as Oden. The Laker and the Blazers are going to be fighting it out for supremacy in the west for a long time and the old gaurd (pheonix, San Antonio, Dallas) will fade into sweet oblivion. Long as Kobe is around and has a good supporting players the Lakers will have the edge on Portland for the next 4-5 years.
